Judy is an international ICF-certified and collaborative coach, facilitator, and speaker. She works at the intersection of strategy, design, learning, and community building. Judy creates strengths-based and interactive experiences to guide her clients in developing new skills and awareness, in applying creativity, and in building potential.
Before founding Ruby Road, Judy professionalized and led a top-performing U.S. SBA Women’s Business Center as board president and executive director — helping more than 4,000 women to start their own businesses and access start-up micro loans. She taught a 14-week business plan training program, consulted entrepreneurs, advocated for small business, and managed the consulting services division of a regional nonprofit support center.
